How to Reset Your Paytm Payments Bank Passcode?

Paytm Payments Bank Passcode is a 4-digit numeric code that acts as an additional security check to authenticate access to your Paytm bank account details and transaction. In case you have forgotten your passcode or want to change it, here’s how to go about it.

To change your passcode:

Step 1: Select the Profile icon on the top-left corner in your Paytm app and then tap on Settings section

Step 2: Next, select Security Settings and tap on Change Bank passcode

Step 3: Enter your current passcode

Step 4: Now enter the new 4-digit new passcode and re-enter the same passcode

That’s it. Your passcode will be successfully changed.

If you do not know your current passcode, here’s the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Select the Profile icon on the top-left corner in your Paytm app and then tap on Settings section

Step 2: Next, select Security Settings and tap on Change Bank passcode

Step 3: Select the option Forgot Passcode and enter the six digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number

Step 4: Enter the first four digits of your Aadhaar number. If you have not shared your Aadhaar number, then enter your Paytm Password

Step 5: Enter your new 4-digit numeric passcode and re-enter the same passcode.

Your passcode will be changed successfully. You can also change your passcode by calling us at 0120–4456456 from your registered mobile number.
